A new property report by Domain has highlighted the best performing school catchment zones in Australia, with areas in Brisbane dominating the list.
The Bald Hills State School had the best performing catchment in Queensland, coming in at number three on the list.
Wynnum West State School came in fifth, followed by Rainworth State School in sixth position.
Ipswich Central State School claimed eighth spot, while Cannon Hill State School rounded out the nation’s top ten.
“There are many school zones where house price growth was much higher than the respective suburb, but also much higher than the overall performance of Brisbane,” Domain’s Senior Research Analyst Dr Nicola Powell said.
